This Is Why Your Employees Aren’t Killing It

So, it’s time to take an honest look at your employees current operational set up to find out why you’re failing.
You Have No People Management Skills
Right now, we’re going to get real. And that means you may have to swallow some hard to handle honest truths – the first being that you have no people management skills! And don’t just go on the defensive here. If you really want to change the way that you’re doing things and make a difference to the success of your company, you’re going to want to be completely objective. A lot of the time, your staff won’t suck – you just won’t be managing them properly. So maybe it’s time to work on your management style and see what kind of difference that can make.
You’re Not Promoting Productivity
Execution issues can sometimes come down to productivity. It’s not always that your idea or approach is bad, just that you’re not killing it as much as you could be. So, you’re going to want to raise the productivity bar a little bit. By having a plan and focusing on being effective above everything else, you should be able to turn this around in record time.
They Don’t Know How
Okay, so we’re going to leave it there with the things that you’re doing wrong. And now we’re pointing the figure at them. And no, this isn’t a bad management style, it’s just an honest way of finding out exactly what’s going on. Talk to your staff. Sometimes they’ll openly admit that they just don’t know how to get the job done. So you’re going to want to get them up to speed and eliminate the issue. Sometimes, a little talk and training can really transform your execution.
They Have No Incentive
When your staff are tired, bored, or just not connected to your company, you have a problem. Even when you have the staff with the best abilities, it happens. So change that with incentives. Financial or bonus incentives and gift cards are great. But do it with a difference, like a stock gift card or even a vacation. And if you’re wondering is stockpile legit, there’s your answer. It’s something different to engage your employees and get results.
There’s Just No Sense Of Direction In Your Company
But, there could also be one big overarching problem that you need to address – direction. When you have no clear goal or vision, and nobody seems to know how they are contributing to the cause, you will have execution issues. So create a direction and bring everything from your marketing to your operations in line to really make sure that your employees start killing it.
