There are flexible online courses that you can fit in around your current work schedule, and sometimes there are ways to combine training with your current role so that you’re still receiving a salary, but also learning as you go.
Learn From Your Superior
If you’re within a company, whether it’s banking and finance, or social work and care in the community; there will always be higher paid roles above you, with more responsibilities. If you look at those senior members in the team with a little green-eyed tinge, stop and refocus. It’s time to think about how they got to be in their position, what attributes they have that allows them to successfully manage their role.
